The Falcons

• The Falcons won their first series of the year last weekend against Arkansas Fort Smith.  The offense was firing on all cylinders as the team hit .405 as a team along with 17 doubles.  
• Yesterday the offense had three extra base hits including two by Pedro Astacio.
• The team has at least split three of their last four series.
• Devin Ferrari is second in the Lone Star Conference with four triples.  
• The Falcons are second in the league with 33 home runs.
• This is the first trip to Edmond for the Falcons since 2015.  The Falcons swept the Eagles during that series.  

 
The Eagles

• The Eagles won three straight last weekend over in-state rival Cameron.  On Sunday, the team exploded for 28 runs against the Aggies.
• They are currently hanging onto the final spot in the LSC playoffs at 15-22.
• They are last in the LSC in team batting average at .261 and on-base percentage at .355.
