The Falcons
- The Falcons won their first series of the year last weekend against Arkansas Fort Smith. The offense was firing on all cylinders as the team hit .405 as a team along with 17 doubles. Â
- Yesterday the offense had had five home runs. In the opening game Gabe Melendez and Garret Thornton went yard before Pedro Astactio, Devin Ferrari, and Cole Dickie went deep in the second game.
- Devin Ferrari is second in the Lone Star Conference with four triples. Â
- The Falcons are third in the league with 38 home runs.
- This is the first trip to Edmond for the Falcons since 2015. The Falcons swept the Eagles during that series. Â

The Eagles
- The Eagles won three straight last weekend over in-state rival Cameron. On Sunday, the team exploded for 28 runs against the Aggies.
- They are currently seventh in the LSC thanks to their six-game winning streak.
- They are last in the LSC in team batting average at .266Â and on-base percentage at .363.
