The Falcons 

• The Falcons have gotten used to close games in 2021-22. 12 of their 20 games have been decided by 10 points or less, and five have come down to a one possession difference.  
• The Falcons are second the Lone Star Conference in forced turnovers with 429 on the season. 
• Wykoff has been an offensive force this year for the Falcons.  The senior is seventh in the nation in shooting percentage at .618 while averaging 12.8 points.
• Avalon Munoz leads the LSC with 89 assists on the season and fourth in steals with 44.  
• On Tuesday, the Falcons were led by Ogechi Nwodo who recorded the first double-double of her career as a Falcon with 17 points and 14 rebounds. Holly Hemmeline added 14 points in their game against Angelo State.  
• The Falcons and the Mustangs will be meeting for the 13th time in their history. The Falcons are 10-2 in the series winning the last three games.

The Mustangs 
 

• The Mustangs are on a seven-game losing streak. They fought Angelo State to the end as they lost to them by eight points, but their prior four games they lost by 12 or more points.
• The Mustangs have a -8.7 scoring margin and they shoot .289 percent from beyond the arc.
• The Mustangs shoot .665 percent from the charity stripe and they have a rebound margin of -0.3.
