The Falcons 
  • The Falcons have gotten used to close games in 2021-22. 12 of their 18 games have been decided by 10 points or less, and five have come down to a one possession difference.  
  • The Falcons lead the Lone Star Conference in forced turnovers with 411 on the season. 
  • Alexus Wykoff has been an offensive force this year for the Falcons.  The senior is ninth in the nation in shooting percentage at .615 while averaging 13.5 points.
  • Avalon Munoz is second in the LSC with 80 assists on the season and fourth in steals with 43.  
  • On Saturday, the Falcons were led by Avalon Munoz and Holly Hemmeline who had 12 points each against No. 8 Lubbock Christian. Munoz also contributed adding six assists and three rebounds. Wykoff also scored in double figures with 11. 
  • The Falcons and the Belles will be meeting for the 15th time in their history. The Falcons are 5-9 against the Belles.
The Belles 
  • The Belles are on a two game winning streak including defeating No. 8 Lubbock Christian last Thursday 67-63. They beat Eastern New Mexico 78-61 to finish the week.  
  • The Belles are 6-2 on their home court, but they are 0-4 on the road. They have won only one game outside of their home court.
  • The Belles are only shooting 22.8 percent from beyond the arc. They also negative in rebound margin at -0.6 and scoring margin with a -0.3 mark.
