In the final game of the regular season for UT Permian Basin
Aquincia Strambler had one of her best games of the season with 20 kills and 13 digs against Dallas Baptist. The senior ended her illustrious Falcon career with 1,334 kills, the second most in program history.
The Patriots took the early lead, but a 3-0 run kept the Falcons in the set. Things were put out of reach when the Patriots went on a 9-1 run to take the set. In the second set the Patriots took the advantage early, but a seven-point Falcon run put them up 17-12. The Falcons used that lead to their advantage and grabbed the second set.
In the third set a 5-1 run by the Patriots was all they needed to take that set. The Falcon offense went cold in the fourth and final set.
Daylee Doggett finished the day with 15 digs.
Maya Detwiler had 17 assists with eight digs.
Netanya Allison added eight kills to the effort.
