Laura Perez netted the game's lone goal, her first of the season, in the 65th minute to give women's soccer a 1-0 win over Texas Woman's.
 
After a combined 14 shots in the first half yielded a 0-0 score, Perez found the back of the net at 65:40 off a penalty kick for the 1-0 score.
 
Jenna McEnaney faced a total of 17 shots in goal. The junior saved all six on goal for her third shutout of the season.
 
Cassandra Ramirez led the game with seven total shots.
 
Perez, Martina Terra-Garcia and Madi Grace Carriello each had two shots. Perez led the game with two shots on goal while Carriello fired one on goal.
 
The Falcons (4-4-1 | 2-3 LSC) next face Midwestern State in Wichita Falls on Wednesday, October 5.
