Scouting the Opponent
 
Fort Lewis won their opening game against Lone Star Conference foe Lubbock Christian 3-1 on their home turf. The Skyhawks had goals scored by three different players Georgi Stoyanov, Milen Manchev, and Matt Baldridge. Every shot that was on goal went in the back of the net for Fort Lewis.
 
Series History
 
The Falcons are 0-1 against the Skyhawks all time.  The teams only meeting came during the 2018 season where the Skyhawks won 2-1 in Odessa.

The Falcons are coming off a great effort against Colorado Mesa as they held the No. 21 team in the country scoreless through the first 80 minutes of play. Tresor Kobea had an opportunity in the second half making a great move to get the ball behind the keeper, but it went just wide of the net. Gustavo Barroso leads the team in shots on goal with four.

The Falcons end their Colorado road trip with a match with Adams State on Sept. 6. The Falcons then travel to Lubbock, TX to play Colorado State Pueblo on Sept. 10 and Metropolitan State Denver on Sept. 12 before their home opener against Northwest Nazarene on Sept. 16 at 7 PM.
