Barroso Takes Team Lead in Goals as Falcons Strike First in Dallas

Gustavo Barroso took the UT Permian Basin Men's Soccer lead with his third goal of the season Wednesday night at Dallas Baptist.  The Falcons struck first when Barroso scored in the 33rd minute with an assist off Victor Machado.   
 
The early Falcon lead went into the locker room with the team holding the shut out.  In the second half the Patriots scored three goals in an eight-minute span to take the lead and not look back for the 3-1 final.
 
The Falcons had 11 shots on the night. Barroso led with four while Rodrigo Rogatto had three. Salvador Vargas Ramos recorded a shot on goal and Alfonso Aragon had three saves.
