The Falcons are coming off of a pair of matches where they had plenty of scoring chances but did not cash them in. Against CSU- Pueblo they scored twice but both times they were called back due to offside. In the MSU Denver match the Falcons were able to find the net twice and this time both counted.

Gustavo Barroso each had a goal for the Falcons. With 20 minutes to go the Falcons were down to 10 men and MSU Denver was able to come back for the win.
