Aditya Iyer closed the regular season on fire, winning his last four Lone Star Conference matches in singles and doubles including wins today over Arkansas – Fort Smith. Iyer dropped only one match in conference play, finishing 5-1 in singles and doubles. Teammate

The day started with women's action and a nail biter for the doubles point. After splitting the No. 2 and No. 3 matches, it came down to the No. 1 doubles match for the point. The Falcons held the lead early, but the Lions climbed back into it. With the set tied at five,
Mariah Briones and
Maria Briones shut the door for the 7-5 win.
In singles,
Krystal Smith got the Falcons going with a quick 6-1, 6-1 victory.
Monika Cantu gutted out a comeback three-set win. She dropped a close first set before coming back to take it in three sets. It wasn't enough as the Lions took the other four singles contests and the match.
The men made quick work in doubles with wins at the No. 1 and No. 3 spots for the early lead.
Jorge Garcia won by retirement while up in the second set and Lorenzo Lopes won in two sets and only dropped a game. Iyer won his match despite being closely contested to clinch the match.
Paul Schwieger also picked up a tough singles win taking his 7-5, 7-5.
