Alfonso Aragon turned in his best performance of the season Tuesday night, shutting out Oklahoma Christian to move UT Permian Basin Men's Soccer into a tie for second place in the Lone Star Conference with just two games to play.  Aragon made five saves in the 1-0 win.
 
Chances for both sides were scarce early, until Kasper Wallstroem found the back of the net in the 42^nd minute.  Wallstroem took a pass from Gustavo Barroso up the left side, dribbled by the charging goalkeeper, and buried with his left foot for the 1-0 lead.  The Falcons had chances in the second half but couldn't find the back of the net again.  They didn't need to as the defense held on for the 1-0 victory.
 
The goal was Wallstroem's second of the season and the 11^th on the year for the Falcons.  The Falcons are now tied for second in the Lone Star Conference with 10 points along with Midwestern State and Texas A&M International with just two games to play.
