The Falcons

• The Falcons have gotten used to close games already in 2021-22. Six of their nine games have been decided by 10 points or less, and three have come down to a one possession difference. 
• Through their first nine games the Falcons forced 205 turnovers or 22.8 per game.  This is the most per game under Head Coach Rae Boothe since the team averaged 21.8 back in 2017-18, her first season in the Permian Basin. 
• On Thursday, Munoz led the Falcons with a career high 20 points and eight rebounds against St. Edward's. Wykoff finished with 18 points as they were the two Falcons who reached double digits in scoring.
• Quaadman is third in the Lone Star Conference in offensive rebounds with 27 on the season along with being tenth in total rebounds with 56. She also has nine blocked shots, which is tied for seventh in the conference.
• Munoz is right behind Quaadman in fifth place with 24 offensive rebounds. She is also fifth in assists with 31 and tied for second in steals with 24.
• Wykoff is tenth in the conference with a .821 free throw percentage.
• This is the 20th meeting all-time between the teams and the first time the Rattlers will be in the Falcon Dome since January 14th, 2016.

The Rattlers

• The Rattlers are coming off a grueling schedule to start the season, playing two ranked teams and every opponent they have played against has a winning record to start the season.  
• They haven't played since the St. Mary's Thanksgiving Classic on November 26 and 27. They fell to East Central, 81-50, and Minnesota State, 81-72.
• The Rattlers have struggled to keep possession of the rock. They have a -10.1 turnover margin so far in the season committing 23.4 turnovers a game.
• They have a .296 percentage from shots beyond the arc while carrying a -15 scoring margin on the season.
