UT Permian Basin heads into the final week of the season looking to play spoiler for Midwestern State.  The Mustangs come into the game 5-1 in Lone Star Conference play and ranked No. 8 in the Super Region 4 rankings.  With a Falcon victory, things get chaotic.  Depending on the results in the rest of the conference, there's potential for a four-way tie for the LSC Championship.  The win would also likely knock the Mustangs out of playoff contention as they are the first team currently out based on last week's rankings.  With a win the Mustangs outright clinch the LSC crown and stay alive for the postseason.
