Scouting the Belles
The Belles are 17-3, 10-1 on the season and are currently ranked sixth in the nation. The Belles are coming off of a 1-1 week where they lost to Texas A&M Commerce on Friday during their Dig Pink Night. The loss against Commerce was their first against a Lone Star Conference opponent this year. In that loss the Belles hit .083 as a team during the match. The Belles did bounce back and win their second match of the week against No. 15 UT Tyler handing them their first loss of the year in four sets. In that match the Belles hit .328 as a team and held the Patriots to nine points in the first set.
The Belles are powered offensively by Kailyn Gilbreath who leads the team with 206 kills and 502 assists. She is also second on the team in service aces two shy of team leader Delaney Fuller with 19.
On the defensive side Chole Patton leads the Belles with 279 digs and Baleigh Allen guards the net with 78 blocks.

The Falcons continue to be red hot, winning four straight matches in straight sets heading into their biggest match of the year. This match has all the potential for an instant classic at the Falcon Dome. The Falcons are defensively sound as they held the Dustdevils to their lowest opposing hit percentage of the year two matches ago at a .054 on the road. The Falcons are also 9-1 in their last 10 matches played. The Falcons come in with a 14-5 record on the season and hold a 9-2 record in LSC play, tied for fourth in the league. At home the Falcons are undefeated this year.

Lucio is ranked third in assists with 592. Strambler is tied for the third most kills with 236. Murillo is tied for eighth with 23 service aces and Doggett is sixth in digs tallying 322 on the season.
