Scouting the Javelinas
 
The Javelinas are 12-4, 6-4 on the season, as they snapped a two-match losing streak against Western New Mexico on Friday night. The Javelinas, like the Falcons, swept common opponents in Cameron, Midwestern State, and Texas A&M International.
 
The Javelinas are powered offensively by Jackie Alanis who has 172 kills and five service aces. Emily Witt leads the team in assists with 409.
 
On the defensive side Nicole Murff leads the Javelinas with 310 digs and Ayanna Jackson guards the net with 61 blocks.

UT Permian Basin Volleyball continues their momentum created in the Falcon Dome last week as they are on a three-match winning streak. The Falcons haven't lost a single set in those three victories.
 
The Falcons are now 13-5 overall and 8-2 in the Lone Star Conference. The Falcons have won seven of their last eight matches and are currently tied for fourth in the LSC standings.
 
Analise Lucio is closing in on second place all-time in career assists as a Falcon. The Senior had 32 assists against the Dustdevils leading all players on the night. She also collected 15 digs to give her a double-double for the 11^th time this year.
 
The Falcon defense was on all cylinders in their last match as five Falcons hit double digits in digs. They limited the Dustdevil offense to a .054 hitting percentage on the night giving them their best defensive performance of the season.  
 
Falcon Rankings in the Lone Star Conference
 
Analise Lucio is ranked second in assists with 556. Taurie Magee is tied for ninth with 56 total blocks. Aquincia Strambler has the third most kills with 219. Isela Murillo is tied for sixth with 22 service aces and Daylee Doggett is second in digs tallying 305 on the season.
