It took almost the whole match but Lexie Gilley netted the only goal in the 85^th minute of regulation to give the Falcons their first Lone Star Conference victory of the season and first under Head Coach Lynsey Winkler.  Jenna McEnaney and the defense were brilliant in the shutout victory over Eastern New Mexico.
 
Gilley crossed the box with possession of the ball after a long pass. She made a move, then took a shot off of her right boot that hit the bottom of the crossbar and went straight down into the net.
 
She wasn't the only Falcon to provide offensive pressure as her and Tyeliyah Jones had two shots on goal each.
 
Jenna McEnaney saved seven shots to earn her first victory and shutout as a Falcon.
