Gilley Gives Offensive Presence as McEnaney Saves Nine at St. Edward’s

Jenna McEnaney continues to lead the Lone Star Conference in saves as the Midland native made nine on Saturday at St. Edward's.
 
The Falcons came out putting the pressure on the Hilltoppers but a pair of offsides calls against the Falcons kept those chances at bay.
 
The Hilltoppers scored twice before the 41st minute where the Falcons best scoring chance in the game came on a shot by Lexie Gilley at the bottom middle of the goal that was saved.
 
The next Falcon opportunity came in the 64th minute by Gilley again but the shot sailed off target to the right. The Hilltoppers scored two more goals in the half for them to take the match 4-0.
 
Gilley had the hot foot for the Falcons launching both shots as one of those shots was on goal.
