Scouting the Opponent
 
Midwestern State is 5-2-3, 2-0-3 LSC on the year. They were on a two match winning streak until their last two matches were they tied with Oklahoma Christian and Texas A&M International. Offensively they are led by Randi Heaton with four goals on the year while Lexi Beck leads the Mustangs with two assists. Defensively the Mustangs are led by Taylor Camp who has allowed seven goals while saving 59 on the season. She has five shutouts in the ten matches she has started.
 
Series History
 
This is the eighth meeting between the two teams with the Mustangs having the 6-1 advantage. The Falcons won their match back in 2018 with a 2-1 score.

The Falcons head into Saturday as Jenna McEnaney made seven saves against Texas Woman's at home on Saturday. McEnaney and the defense tightened up in the second half of the match. The Falcon defenders were blocking shots and clearing the ball in crucial opportunities for the Pioneers. Madi Grace Carriello led the Falcon offense taking three shots with two of them being on goal.
 
Yarely Orona leads the Falcons with three goals on the year, while Alexandra Sanchez and Hannah Gore have an assist each. McEnaney leads the Lone Star Conference in saves with 68 on the year.
