UT Permian Basin fired five shots but it wasn't enough as the Falcons fell to Midwestern State 3-0. 
 
The Mustangs (4-9-1, 3-6) struck first in the 19^th minute on a goal by Nicole Marsolek.  They added a pair more in quick succession in the 32^nd and 34^th minutes to grab the 3-0 lead.  The Falcons (1-11-1, 1-9-1) had their chances in the 15^th and 75^th minutes when Lauren Marenco and Kessie Stocker each shot on goal, but each chance was snuffed out.
 
Stocker led the attack with a pair of shots on goal.  Marlise Bond added to her Lone Star Conference lead in saves with six and is now up to 90 on the season.
 
The Falcons have a week off before playing next when they'll take on Lubbock Christian in their final road game of the season.
