The UT Permian Basin (1-9, 0-6) men's soccer team fell in double overtime to Oklahoma Christian (5-4-1, 3-2-1) in Odessa.

Oklahoma Christian opened the scoring in the game's opening minute.  Just 41 second into the game, Matheus Mantovani scored from about 25 yards out.  The Falcons would shoot seven times in the first half.  

The Falcons would be unable to tie the game until Jacob Tellez would score the equalizer off of a free kick.  The game would remain scoreless into the second overtime when Diego Vasquez would score to end the game.  

The Falcons would have three shots on the day go off the crossbar including twice in the first half.

UTPB is on the road next week when they travel to Eastern New Mexico on Thursday before heading to Lubbock Christian on Saturday.
