Shanna Taylor hit a 3-pointer for a quick 5-0 lead.
Jau'nae Peevy then came back with a layup off of a defensive rebound and picked a steal for a fast-break bucket for a fast 9-0 start.
UTPB led by as many as 15 points in the first and ended the opening 10 minutes with a 29-16 lead.
The Falcons led by as many as 20 points three different times over the remaining 30 minutes and never led by fewer than double digits.
Niniva Taito led UTPB with 21 points on the night as one of four Falcons to finish in double figures.
Sierra LaGrande hit 5-8 from beyond the arc to come off the bench with 15 points.
Khadijah Vigil added 13 points and Peevy ended the night with 11 points and a team-best eight rebounds as the Falcons controlled the glass with a 43-31 advantage while shooting 10-21 from 3-point range.
Tatyana Bell led all Aggies with 19 points and eight rebounds.
UTPB closes out its home schedule this weekend as the Falcons take on #1 Lubbock Christian Saturday at 1 p.m.
