Box Score Nathan Cotterell scored four times and Joel Barboz added a pair of goals as UTPB Men's Soccer blew up for eight goals in an 8-0 win on the road at McMurry Tuesday night in Abilene, Texas.

Barboza scored the first of the night in the fifth minute off of a free kick assisted by Cotterell. Cotterell scored his first of the night just over a minute later on a penalty kick, and Barboza added his second of the night on a breakaway assisted by Cesar Cid in the seventh minite to give UTPB a 3-0 lead at 6:51.

Cotterell added his second of the night at 23:33 on a breakaway for his sixth of the season.

He scored his third of the game off of a cross by Barboza at 51:19 in the second half. 

Ciarran Connery scored his first of the season to put the Falcons up 6-0 at 64:27 off a long run on the left side ot the right corner of the net.

Cotterell and Stephen Okoro added the seventh and eighth goals of the night near the end of the second half.

The Falcons dominated on the shot chart, tallying 29 shots to three, including 16 shots on goal for the day.

The Falcons are back in action this weekend in non-conference action Friday afternoon at Lubbock Christian.
