Box Score Our Lady of the Lake used a pair of second half goals in less than three minutes to hold on to a 2-1 defeat against UTPB men's soccer Saturday night at the UTPB Soccer Field in Odessa.

Jorge Cantu boke the scoreless game at 66:19, heading in a pass from Giovani Sierra into an open right side of the net for a 1-0 lead.

Adrian Delgado doubled up the Saints lead at 69:07, taking a corner from Sebastian Luehr and fitting it in a tight space next to the near post to go on top 2-0.

Nathan Cotterell pulled the Falcons within one in the final minutes, earning a penalty after being taken down by the keeper from behind on a high ball in the box. He converted for his third goal of the season.

Cotterell early missed scoring the first goal of the night on a shot from the right side that glanced off the cross bar near the top right corner.

The Falcons are back on the field in a couple of days, traveling to Plainview, Texas, for a non-conference game at Wayland Baptist Monday night at 6 p.m.
