Box Score UTPB baseball snapped a four-game win streak Tuesday afternoon when Wayland Baptist handed the Falcons an 11-3 defeat in non-conference action at Roden Field.

Trailing 6-0, Daniel Andrade drove home the first run of the day for UTPB on a single through the left side to score Jose Diaz.

Andrade scored the team's second run of the afternoon when Kevin Barnes hit a sacrifice fly to center field to score him from third.

UTPB got another in the bottom of the ninth on a Colin Kowal single into right field to drive in Randal Toribio.

Andrade led UTPB with a 4-5 day at the plate, while Kowal picked up a pair of hits in four at bats.

The Falcons return to conference action this weekend, traveling to Austin for a three game set at St. Edward's.
