Box Score Men's soccer scored a season-high three times Thursday night against Lubbock Christian, but allowed a season-high six goals to the visiting Chaps in a 6-3 defeat at the UTPB Soccer Field.

Nathan Cotterell pulled the Falcons back within a goal 31 seconds after LCU's second of the night, scoring his third of the season at 35:56.
Down once more by a pair of goals in the second half,
Logan Sharp tallied his first of the season on an assist by
Nathan Clark to trail 3-2.
Cotterell pulled the Falcons even two minutes later, converting a through ball down the left side off a pass by Sharp to beat the Lubbock Christian keeper to the right and tie the game at 3-3.
The night belonged to the Chaps, however, as they scored the last three goals of the night in a 12 minute stretch on scores by Tristan Wehner, Tommy Fogarty and Lennard Hansen to double up their goal total.
Lubbock Christian held a 20-13 shot advantage on the night as each teams were able to get eight shots on goal.
UTPB is back in action next week, hosting Midwestern State Thursday, Oct. 2 at 7 p.m.
