Neil Madsen drove in a pair and
Colin Kowal scored twice as UTPB baseball closed out four games over three days with a 6-2 win Sunday afternoon over Colorado School of Mines at Roden Field in Odessa.
The Falcons struck first when
Andrew Grifol's single through the left side of the infield drove home Kowal from second after he had earlier reached on a lead-off single to go on top 1-0.
Trailing after the Orediggers answered their next time at the plate with a pair of runs, UTPB came back with a big inning of offense in the sixth. Batting with runners on the corners and no outs,
Brian Brademan singled up the middle to bring

Ryne Head drew a bases loaded walk to score
David Lee, and Madsen followed with a double to the third base side of center field to drive in Kowal and
Ryan Arrick to put the Falcons on top 5-2.
Daniel Andrade added a sixth run in the bottom of the seventh, advancing from third when the ball was thrown away at first on Brademan's infield single to third.
Kyle Romstadt earned the win in 1.1 innings of relief, improving to 2-0 on the season. He struck out a pair while giving up a walk and a hit after entering with two outs in the top of the sixth for UTPB starter
