Box Score UTPB volleyball's 2014 season came to a close Saturday afternoon with a 3-0 (25-15, 25-15, 25-20) loss on the road at St. Edward's in Austin, Texas.

Senior Ryley Carman led all players with 10 kills in her final game in the orange and black for a UTPB team that struggled on the attack, hitting -.019 on the day against a Hilltopper team that hit a combined .229 for the afternoon.

Marina Salazar continued to lead the UTPB defense with 14 more digs in the contest, and Ariana Gallardo finished the three sets with 14 assists.

Katie Martin and Amy Jones each had nine kills to pace St. Edward's. Loren Kelly had 20 assists on the afternoon and Kelly Jimenez led all players on the day with 17 assists.
