Neil Madsen's single before Madsen was called out trying to advance to second as the pitcher cut off the throw home to the plate.
Tyler Wilcox gave up two earned runs in a complete game outing, striking out six while allowing a pair of walks and nine hits in eight innings.
Madsen led the offense with two hits in four at bats, increasing his team-leading batting average to .345 on the season.
