Null is a freshman who made his first career start against #7 MSU Texas.  Against the defending Lone Star Conference champions Null threw for 300 yards and a pair of touchdowns, the most yards MSU has allowed to an opposing QB this season.  Null led the Falcons to 388 yards as a team on offense.  Null's best strike came on a 56-yard touchdown pass to Kristian Brown in the fourth quarter.  Null also did damage with his feet in escaping pressure multiple times to extend plays and picked up multiple fourth downs with his feet.
