Ryan Gawryszewski is the Assistant Athletic Director for Game Operations and Promotions at The University of Texas Permian Basin. He started late in the Fall 2024 semester.
He was previously an operations intern with the Midland RockHounds (Midland, Texas) beginning in February 2023 before coming to UTPB. He worked as a 1st Team Administration intern for FC 1st Team Administration (Frisco, Texas) and as an athletic facilities and events student worker for the University of North Texas Game Day Operations (Denton, Texas), both from September 2021-November 2022.During that time he was also a scout-field manager intern for Perfect Game (Fort Worth, Texas) from June 2021-October 2021. He was also previously a basketball student manager for the UNT men's basketball team during the 2020-21 season. Lastly, he worked as an outdoor field maintenance technician for Kileen Park and Recreation (Kileen, Texas) during the summer of 2019.
A native of Kileen, Texas, Gawryszewski played both baseball and football at Harker Heights High School and graduated with his Bachelor's degree in sports management from the University of North Texas in 2022. He is currently pursuing his MBA from The University of Texas Permian Basin.
In his spare time, Gawryszewski enjoys going to concerts, collecting vinyl's, running, working out, playing golf, watching baseball and football games, and umpiring baseball games during the summer.
