Paige Low

Paige Low began as a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at The University of Texas Permian Basin in 2026-27.

Low was a strength & conditioning coach at D1 Training in Midland, Texas, following an internship in strength & conditioning with Texas Tech Athletics and a standout collegiate track & field career as an All-American thrower at the University of Oklahoma.

Low competed as an elite NCAA Division I shot put and discus athlete for the University of Oklahoma, earning All-American honors and capturing high-ranking marks nationally. She competed at OU for five years, and her list of accomplishments is long:

A native of Midland, Texas and alum of Midland Lee High School, Low graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science from Oklahoma in May 2024, followed by her Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Oklahoma in December 2025. She was also very involved with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes during her time at OU.
