Anthony Navarrete begins his first year as an Assistant Baseball Coach at The University of Texas Permian Basin in 2026-27.
Navararrete previously coached for multiple sports at Holy Cross Catholic High School in Midland, Texas, where he was the Head Baseball Coach since 2023 (helped create new high school baseball program), the Head Basketball Coach since 2022, and an Assistant Football Coach since 2021. In the Summer of 2021, he worked as a Student Strength & Conditioning Coach at Midland Legacy High School.
Navarrete graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, with a minor in Nutrition, from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
