HIGH SCHOOL: Won four letters at Connally High School in Austin, Texas…Had an impressive 107 saves as a senior while being named the district’s Defensive MVP…Was also named to the Centex Invitational All-Tournament Team as a senior…As a junior she was named to the all-district second team as well as the Bluebell Invitational All-Tournament team and was given the Cougar Heart Award that same season…As a sophomore she was named to the all-district first team as well as the honorable mention team as a freshman…Not only was she impressive on the field, but in the classroom she was an AP scholar with honors her junior and senior years and was on the academic all-district team all four seasons.

PERSONAL: Alexis Frueh was born Oct. 19, 1991 in Austin, Texas…Is the daughter of Michael and Sybil Frueh of Austin…Majoring in English and kinesiology.
