Biography
2025 (First-Year):
Played in 15 matches with 10 starts as a rookie... Was one of six Falcons with an assist on the season... Had five total shots and two shots on goal... Had the first two shots of her career vs. Texas A&M International (Sept. 24)... Played a season-high 81 minutes in the first two starts of her career at UT Dallas (Sept. 27) and vs. Dallas Baptist (Oct. 4)... Had her first-career assist and set season-highs in shots (3) and shots on goal (2) in a 2-0 home win vs. Sul Ross State (Oct. 22) in which the Falcons set a program record in the NCAA Division II era with 40 shot attempts... Named to the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.
Copperas Cove (HS):
Arrives to UTPB from Copperas Cove High School in Texas where she featured as a four-year varsity starter and three-year varsity captain while also being named the team’s Midfielder of the Year and Offensive Player of the Year... Also received First-Team All-District, All-State and TASCO All-Academic Team honors... Rodarte will join her high school teammate, Trinity Garcia, this Fall for the Falcons... 2022 Honorable Mention All-District... Three-time First-Team All-District (2023, 2024, 2025)... 2024 and 2025 Team Captain... 2025 Offensive MVP... 2025 leading goal scoring... 2024 and 2025 assists leader... Team was three-time Bi-District Champs (2022,2024,2025)... All-Academic all four years... TASCO Academic First-Team... Member of National Honor Society, Student Council, Student 2 Student, and Student Advisory... Class president... Also played volleyball (2024 - Newcomer of the Year, Second-Team All-District, Bi-District Champs; 2025 - First-Team All-District, Bi-District Champs, Team Captain).

At the club level, Rodarte represented Lonestar SC on their ECRL 06/07 team for two years.
Personal:
400 community service hours coming into college... Class president and graduated sixth in her class out of 550 in high school... Interned at a local hospital... Entering Ailene's first year at UTPB, her sister, Kaylee, was a sophomore volleyball player at Dallas College Eastfield before moving on to play at LSC foe Teas A&M International... First year at UTPB (2025-26) Ailene made the Dean's list with a 3.75 GPA while also achieving the personal accomplishment of finishing all of her psychology classes for her minor... Member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) at UTPB... Enjoyed working the Special Olympics during her first year at UTPB and seeing how much joy it brought both the athletes and the people around them... Also enjoys listening to music, collecting vinyl, cooking, baking, making matcha, coloring, and watching movies.
