Jessica Delgado is in her second season as an assistant coach at UT-Permian Basin.

Delgado palyed three season at East Texas Baptist, helping the Tigers to an ASC Championship and a pair of trips to the NCAA Tournament in 2012 & 2013. ETBU won its super regional in 2013 and advanced to the D3 National Tournament.

She helped coach the Tigers for two seasons (2014 & 2015), helping guide East Texas Baptist to another NCAA bid in 2014.

Delgado graduated in 2015 with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice, with a Minor in Business Administration.
