2025-26 (Junior):
Competed in all nine of the team’s meets, including the RMAC Championship... Set three season best times in the dual meet at Trinity... Set seven personal bests and two season bests at the midseason meet (Tiger Invitational)... Was T56th in scoring (16 points) and set four personal bests at the RMAC Championship, all on relay leadoffs... Made the A Final and finished in eighth place in the 100 backstroke at the RMAC Championship... Also made the B Final and finished 12th in the 200 backstroke... Ranked ninth on the team according to FINA points... Was a member of the RMAC Academic Honor Roll for the second year in a row.

2024-25 (Sophomore):
Appeared in all nine meets on the year... Kicked off his sophomore season with three first-place finishes in the 50 backstroke (25.26), the 100 backstroke (55.32) and the 200 medley relay (1:37.53) at the season-opening McMurry/Adams State double dual meet (Oct. 4-5)... Was second in the 100 backstroke (54.74) and was third in the 200 backstroke (2:01.12) in the home dual meet vs. Trinity (Nov. 2)... Season highlight was tying teammate Avin Ward for first place with a time of 1:54.55 in the A Final of the 200 backstroke in the midseason meet (Tiger Invitational) at Trinity (Nov. 22-24). Garner also placed second in both the 400 medley relay (3:26.74) and the 200 medley relay (1:33.64) and was third in the 100 backstroke (52.18)... Swam to two first-place finishes in the 100 backstroke (55.13) and the 200 medley relay (1:38.81) and tied for third place in the 200 IM (2:09.46) at the McMurry/Austin College double dual meet (Dec. 7)... Finished in first place in the 100 backstroke (54.22) and was second in both the 200 medley relay (1:37.96) and the 200 backstroke (1:59.64) in the pre-conference meet (dual meet at Southwestern; Jan. 25)... Had a top-16 finish in the 100 backstroke (51.98) at the RMAC Championships (Feb. 11-15)... Named to the RMAC Swimming & Diving Academic Honor Roll.
El Campo (HS):
4A State medalist in the 100 butterfly and the 100 backstroke... ECHS school records in the 100 butterfly (52.80) and the 100 backstroke (54.35).
