2025-26 (Junior):
Voted First Team Academic All-RMAC. Alderman helped UTPB break a school record and finish fifth in the 200 medley relay at the RMAC Championship. Alderman made the B Final in four individual events and finished in 14th place in three events (200 IM, 100 breaststroke, 200 breaststroke). He was T63rd in scoring (10 points) and set three season bests and one personal best at the championship. He ranked sixth on the team and 69th in the RMAC according to FINA points... Picked for the Academic All-District® Team, selected by College Sports Communicators. for the second year in a row... Was also a member of the RMAC Academic Honor Roll for the second year in a row.

2024-25 (Sophomore):
Appeared in all nine meets on the year... Personal highlight of finishing at 57 seconds in the 100 breast for the first time in his career... Helped the UTPB 200 freestyle relay team secure second place with a time of 1:26.79 in the midseason meet (Tiger Invitational) at Trinity (Nov. 22-24)... Helped the 200 medley relay team place first with a time of 1:38.81 and was second in both the 100 breaststroke (1:01.76) and the 500 freestyle (5:07) in the McMurry/Austin College double dual meet (Dec. 7)... Aided the 200 medley relay team (1:39.49) to a third-place finish and individually he placed second in the 100 breaststroke (1:02.60) and third in the 200 IM (2:03.70) in the tune-up meet (dual meet at Southwestern) before the conference meet (Jan. 25)... Had top-16 finishes in the 100 breaststroke (58.38), the 200 breaststroke (2:10.49) and the 200 IM (1:55.66) at the RMAC Championships (Feb. 11-15)... Named to the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Team... Also named to the RMAC Swimming & Diving Academic Honor Roll... Earned 2025 D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.
