2025-26 (Senior):
Played in all 11 tournaments and 32 rounds... Posted a 73.9 adjusted scoring average... Shot under-par in two tournaments... Finished the season with an NCAA Division II National Ranking of No. 412 and was ranked No. 69 in the South Central Region... Finished top-25 overall in two tournament... Finished third on the team in five tournaments, including both the LSC Championship and the Regional Championship... Nunya (71-75-75; 221; +5) opened The Hrnciar at one-under and then shot three-over during each of the last two rounds, moving up 13 spots form round two to round three to tie for 21st place, the highest finish of his senior season... In the very next tournament, after tying with three others to shoot the lowest score during round two (-5) at the Ryan Palmer Foundation Invitational, Nunya (77-66-69; 212; -1) finished under-par for the tournament as he improved by 15 spots on the leaderboard from round two to round three and tied for 23rd place. It was his second-best finish of the season and was the second time in his career Nunya shot a 66... Nunya (75-75-73; 223; +7) had his third-best finish of the season with a tie for 29th at the DBU Classic... Nunya (75-70-70; 215; -1) shot under-par for the second tournament of the season after going two-under in back-to-back rounds in rounds two and three and tying for 48th overall at the Palm Valley Classic... Despite co-leading the Falcons at five-over during round one and improoving his score of two strokes during round two (+3), Nunya (77-75-79; 231; +15) finished tied for 31st at the LSC Championship... Nunya (75-74-75; 224; +8) shot three-over or better during all three rounds and tied for 73rd overall at the Regional Championship... Named to the Fall 2025 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2024-25 (Junior):
Named to the 2025 LSC Preseason Golfers to Watch list after posting a 74.0 scoring average in the Fall season... Appeared in all 10 tournaments for the Falcons... Played 29 rounds on the year... Held a 74.1 adjusted scoring average for the year... Ranked No. 377 in the nation and No. 63 in the South Central Region... Finished even-par in two tournaments: Ryan Palmer Foundation Invitational (Oct. 7-8) and RJGA Palm Valley Classic (Apr. 7-8)... Highest finish of the year came via a 16th-place finish at the RJGA South Central Shootout (Sept. 30-Oct. 1) where he shot four-over-par (74-70-76; 220), was also responsible for one of three eagles for the Falcons, and helped the Falcons to the team win... Was again responsible for one of the Falcons' two eagles at the Ryan Palmer Foundation Invitational. Nunya (68-73-69; 210) tied for 24th place after shooting minus-two during round one of the tournament... Led the Falcons and tied for 33rd place with teammate Will Tate at the 2024 Herb Wimberly Memorial (Oct. 14-15)... Was the second-highest finisher on the team after shooting 77-72-79 (228; +12), finishing in a tie for 51st place and tying for the team lead with 33 pars at the Rattler Invitational (Feb. 17-18)... Placed 40th at the 2025 Lone Star Conference Men's Golf Championship (Apr. 14-15). Nunya (78-78-77; 233; +17) shot plus-five during round three and moved up two spots during the final round... Named to the Spring 2025 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll... Was also named a 2024-25 NCAA Division II Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar.
2023-24 (Sophomore):
Played in nine events... Totaled 26 rounds... Had a season-best finish of 16th at the RJGA South Central Shootout (Sep. 30)... At the Regional Championship, Nunya shot a one-over (72) on the final day of action and finished 83rd overall at 15-over (228)... Held a 73.0 adjusted scoring average for the season... National Best Rank: No. 59... Final Regional Rank: No. 23... Top-3 Finishes: 1... Top-5 Finishes: 2... Top-10 finishes: 2... Top-15 Finishes: 4... Top-20 Finishes: 5... Lowest Round: 66 (-6)... Team made it to Regionals, had a national best rank of No. 11 and a regional best rank of No. 4... Team earned back-to-back wins at the HPU Shark Shootout and the Dennis Rose Intercollege...
