2026 (Junior):
Was 2-6 with seven starts and 15 appearances in the circle... Allowed a 7.87 ERA, a 2.42 WHIP, 55 hits, 55 total runs, 39 earned runs, 29 walks, 19 strikeouts, and a .340 opponents' batting average in 34.2 innings pitched... Was second on the team with two complete-game shutouts... Had the second-lowest opponents' batting average on the team... Offensively, she hit .231 with five runs, 12 hits, two home runs, seven RBI's, 18 total bases, four walks, a .286 on-base percentage and a .346 slugging percentage in 52 at bats... Posted a .923 fielding percentage (1 error in 13 chances) and totaled nine defensive assists… Was one of three players on the team to record four or more RBI's in a one game... Tied for the third-longest hitting streak on the team (6 games) and tied for the sixth-longest on-base streak on the team (6 games)... Was the offensive standout for UTPB in a 10-4 win over New Mexico Highlands (Jan. 31) during just the second day of the season. After totaling just one at bat in her first two seasons as a Falcon, Vasquez finished 2-for-4 with four RBI's, two runs scored and a home run against the Cowgirls, hitting an RBI-single in the fourth inning followed by a three-run homer in the top of the sixth inning... Had a stellar performance both in the circle and at the plate in a 2-0 win vs. Northwestern Oklahoma State (Feb. 8). In the circle, Vasquez pitched a two-hit, complete-game shutout. Vasquez did not allow a hit until with one out in the top of the sixth inning and finished with seven innings pitched allowing two hits, zero runs, six walks and seven strikeouts on 149 pitches. It was her first-career complete game and first shutout as a Falcon. At the plate, Vasquez helped her own cause by annihilating a first-pitch, two-run home run to left center field in the bottom of the fourth inning, accounting for all of the scoring during her shutout win. It was Vasquez's second home run within the first two weeks of the season. Vasquez hit .333 (3-9) across three games against NOSU... Had the walk-off hit with an RBI-single to right center field in the bottom of the 10th inning in a 2-1 win vs. Texas A&M-Kingsville (Feb. 27), sending the Falcons to their first win against the Javelinas since March 4, 2017... Tossed her second shutout of the season, helping the Falcons break the program record for most LSC wins in a single season with a 7-0 victory in game two over Midwestern State (Apr. 24). Vasquez allowed five hits, zero runs, two walks and three strikeouts in seven innings to pick up the record-breaking win, stranding seven runners in scoring position in the shutout.
2025 (Sophomore):
Made 11 appearances from the circle, starting in four games... Totaled 11 innings pitched... Was 0-4 and allowed 37 hits, 42 total runs, 36 earned runs and 21 walks... Named to the Fall 2024 Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2024 (First-Year):
Appeared in 21 games with eight starts in her true freshman season... Totaled 50.2 innings pitched to go along with 27 strikeouts... Was 0-9 and allowed 86 hits, 72 total runs, 59 earned runs and 38 walks... Totaled 15 assists and made just two errors (.895 fielding percentage).
Lamesa (HS):
Two-time All-State, 2023 TGCA All-State Team, Four-time District MVP... Team was Regional Semifinal Champions... Member of the National Honor Society... Member of Law Enforcement Club... Also played volleyball and basketball in high school.
