Does UTPB accept checks?
UTPB accepts personal checks as a form of payment for season tickets and single ticket purchases. Checks are received during business hours only: Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. When paying with a check, please provide a photo ID. Checks are not accepted at the gate on the day of an event.
Which credit cards do you accept?
UTPB Ticket Office accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Day-of-the-event ticket sales are cash and credit/debit only.
Does a baby/child need an admission ticket to football?
Yes, all children must have a ticket for reserved sections. Children under the age of 6 are free.
Can I bring food and drinks to UTPB athletic events?
Outside food or drinks are not allowed inside UTPB athletic events. Fans are allowed to bring outside beverages and food to tailgates, however they are not permitted to enter the building. Food and beverages will be available to purchase on-site.
When do your Gates/ Doors open?
Football: Ticket booths and gates open 1 hour 30 minutes before the start of the game.
Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Tennis, and Swimming: doors open one hour before the event starts.
When and where is Will Call open?
Football: The "Will Call" window opens 2 hours before home events start, and it is located on the West Side of the Stadium.
Are there group discount rates?

Are pets allowed?
UTPB does not allow fans to bring pets to any athletic events; however, authorized service animals are allowed with proper certification.
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes, you will be allowed to scan in & out.
Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
UTPB Ticket Office does not allow any refunds or exchanges for tickets.
What is your smoking policy?
NO smoking at any UTPB event.
Will I have to pay for parking?
No, Parking at UTPB athletic events is Free.
