The UT Permian Basin Athletics Ticket Office is located in the Mesa Building, room 1224-L. Please enter the building through the Welcome Center Entrance. The Ticket Office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Patrons can also contact the Athletics Ticket Office by phone at (432) 552-2685 or email at dickie_p@utpb.edu.
Purchasing Tickets via Credit Card
Tickets may be purchased by credit card in a variety of convenient ways:
Using the Ticket Central (Audience View) portal
In-person at the Athletics Ticket Office
Over the phone by calling (432) 552-2685
Or at the gate before any athletic event
All tickets purchased via credit card will be processed by Audience View (UTPB ticketing software provider). On your credit card statement, your ticket purchase will show up "UTPB Athletics."
Credit and Debit card purchases will be charged a convenience fee of $5.00 per transaction.
Purchasing Tickets via Check
Tickets may be purchased by check ONLY at the Athletics Ticket Office during regular business hours or by mailing a check to the Ticket Office. Please note that your purchase will be processed once the check is cleared. NO checks will be accepted on-site at any athletic event. Checks should be made out to "UTPB Athletics."

UT Permian Basin Athletics does not ticket for the following sports:

Men's & Women's Cross Country
Men's & Women's Golf
Men's & Women's Soccer
Softball
Men's & Women's Swimming & Diving
Men's &Women's Tennis
Volleyball
These events are FREE & open to the public.
Online Ticket Orders (Football ONLY)
Online sales are available up to the start of the game. Tickets are available at any event ticket window based on availability. If you do not see a message that the event is sold out, come to the event venue to purchase tickets. You can also call (432) 552-2685 to purchase tickets at any time during business hours or before the event begins.
All tickets will be digital and can be access through the UTPB ticket website (https://utpbfalcons.universitytickets.com/). If you want physical tickets, you can request them by calling the ticket office (432) 552-2685 during business office hours. Please contact the Athletics Ticket Office with any questions.
Away Game Ticket Information
Tickets for all away games can be purchased through the opponent's ticket office.
For premium games, NCAA post-season, or playoff games, ticket orders will be allotted to donors to the Champions Fund based on benefit levels first, followed by season ticket holders who are not Champions Fund donors, and then the general public based on availability.
Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations
All SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on tickets ordered through the Athletics Ticket Office.
Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change, but the ticket will remain valid for the game if the game is made up at a later time. If a game is postponed due to inclement weather, patrons' tickets will be honored at the newly scheduled date or time. In the event a regulation game defined by the NCAA is not played due to weather, Act of God, or any other reason, the ticket will NOT be subject to any refund. However, it will constitute a rain check that can be used for admission to the rescheduled game.
Replacement Ticket Policy
Please handle your tickets with care. Athletics Ticket Office will reprint them if needed. This service includes tickets that are lost, stolen, or left at home. This service is available online buyers with proof of purchase. Washed tickets will be replaced without charge if the remaining portions can be recognized, and the location can be identified.
Accessible Seating
UT Permian Basin Athletics has accessible seating availability at Grande Communications Stadium and Ratliff Stadium. Contact the Athletic Ticket Office at (432) 552-2685 to purchase accessible seating.
