Prohibited Actions & Items
UTPB reserves the right to remove any object from spectators if deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Only the following items will be permitted upon entrance into UTPB Athletics Facilities:

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceeding 12” x 6” x 12”
• In addition to clear plastic bag, one small clutch bag with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue
• Small clutch bags must be approximately the size of a hand
• No more than one logo not obstructing contents

 
The following actions and items are prohibited inside any UTPB athletics venue and are causes for removal and no refunds:

• Smoking in undesignated areas
• Public Intoxication
• Throwing or kicking objects 
• Disorderly conduct
• Abusive language toward coaches, student-athletes, officials, or spectators
• Fighting; standing/sitting in aisles, ramp/walkways
• Outside food or drinks (except for one unopened bottle of water)
• Glass bottles or containers
• Fireworks
• Weapons of any kind including those carried with permit 
• Sticks, poles, or similar objects that can be used as a weapon
• Video camera
• All backpacks (excluding diaper bags), Fanny packs and other similar bags will not be allowed
• No case bag (camera, binocular, etc.)
• Laser pointers
• Artificial noisemakers (air horn, thunder stix, musical instrument, cans filled with contents or any other items use to make artificial noise)

 
Exceptions will be made from the following:

• Medically necessary items after proper inspection at stadium/ arena gates
• News media equipment
• Official team/ media field photographers
• Booster Club selling items with approval
• Approved diaper bags
