PRIOR TO UTPB: Was a two-year starter at Ranger College.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year letterwinner at Stephenville High School where he played with current teammates Shelby Sharp, German Chavarria, Logan Sharp and Zack Rathburn…Was a three-time all-district first-team selection.

PERSONAL: David Huxen was born May 17, 1990 in Visalila, Calif. and is the son of Michael and Karen Huxen of Stephenville, Texas…Majoring in kinesiology.
