ODESSA, Texas – Senior Sangha Park has been selected as a 2023 SwingU College Player of the Fall recipients as announced in partnership by SwingU and the Golf Coaches Association of America.

Park began his senior season with six birdies, an eagle, and a one-under 141 (71-70), T3 finish at the Folds of Honor Challenge September 10-11. He then went 70-69-67 (206, -10) with a tournament-best 16 birdies and one eagle enroute to winning the RJGA South Central Shootout by four strokes September 25-26.
 
With the victory, Park earned Lone Star Conference Golfer of the Week and September NCAA Division II SwingU College Player of the Month honors. At the Ryan Palmer Foundation Invite October 2-3, the Cheongju, South Korea native used 15 birdies, including eight during his bogey-free opening round 63, a nine-under 204 (63-70-71), and a 35-foot birdie putt on the first playoff hole to win his second consecutive tournament and Lone Star Conference Golfer of the Week recognition.
 
After a one-over 217 (78-69-70) at the Southwest Airlines HPU Sharks Shootout that included 14 birdies and an eagle, Park claimed victory again at the Dennis Rose Invitational October 27-28 by four strokes with 14 birdies, including 11 during his opening-round 62, breaking his own school record for lowest round, and leading UT Permian Basin to their four-shot team victory.
 
Ranked #1 in the initial Scoreboard powered by Clippd NCAA Division II South Central Region Rankings, Park converted 65 birdies, three eagles, and a 69.39 scoring average over 13 rounds this fall.
