UTPB men's soccer totaled 14 shots with six on goal but couldn't find the back of the net in a 2-0 loss to UT Tyler.
Gustavo Barroso led the game with three shots, putting one on goal.
UT Tyler scored both goals in the first half. The first came at 14:31 and the second at 44:15.
After tallying five shots and two on goal in the first half, the Falcons kept shooting, totaling nine shots with five on goal in the second. Despite the continued pressure, UTPB was unable to light up the board in the 2-0 final.

Matias Pereira were all one shot behind Barroso, each adding two on the day.
Kristian Hovind relieved Ryan Luke in goal for the second half, tallying one save in a shutout 45 minutes.
The Falcons (1-1-2 | 0-0 LSC) will next host Dallas Baptist on Saturday, September 24.
