The Falcons

• The Falcons need just one more win to tie the program record for wins in a season.
• Valerie Gonzalez continues to have a sensational season.  The senior leads the team with a .369 batting average and 52 hits. Her 31 runs are tied for the second most in a single season in team history.
• Aracely Araiza needs just one more double to move into second place in program history in a single season.   
• The Falcons lone win in the series came back in 2019 when they upset then No. 9 WT 3-1.  

The Lady Buffs

• The Lady Buffs have been ranked all season after winning the Division II National Championship in 2021.   
• They are currently ranked seventh in the first release of the South Central Regional Rankings.
• On April 10, Heidi Vortherms tossed a perfect game against Texas Woman's.  It was the fourth perfect game in program history.
