The Falcons 

• The Falcons were firing on all cylinders on Saturday as they scored 20 runs on 33 hits. Leading the way for the Falcons was Emily Andress, who collected seven hits in the doubleheader. Aracely Araiza smashed a home run in their game against Bethel College. Trahan struck out seven Bulldogs in game two as she earned the complete game.
• Melayna Lopez is tied for seventh best in the Lone Star Conference with six walks.
• Mia Quintero is tied for fourth best in the conference with three home runs.
• Valerie Gonzalez and Bishop are first place in the conference in sacrifice hits with two.
• Trahan is tied for seventh in the conference with six strikeouts looking.
• As a team the Falcons are putting the ball in play as they have the seventh lowest strikeouts in the conference with 26. They are first in the conference with eight sacrifice hits and fourth in hits with 83.
• This will be the first time the Falcons will be playing the Wildcats.

The Wildcats

• The Wildcats will be playing their sixth game of the season when they face the Falcons. They defeated the No. 3 University of Arts and Sciences 2-1 and Tabor College 9-6 in yesterday's action. On Friday they lost their 2022 opener to Oklahoma City 8-5 before getting in the win column against York College 4-0.
