It was a banner day for UT Permian Basin Swim and Dive on Saturday as they cruised to a win over Southwestern in a dual meet. The Falcons took 21 events as Head Coach
Betsy Graham won her first dual meet with the Falcons.
The Falcons started the day with a win in the women's 200 IM relay and the men's with the men winning by just .3 seconds. It was another close call as
Ivan Torres Lopez won the men's 200 freestyle by 1.5 seconds.
Kristina Vujosevic nearly missed out in taking the women's 100 breaststroke, getting beat to the pad by .26 seconds.
In the women's 50 freestyle Jazzy Tscherne won by the slimmest of margins, touching the pad .06 seconds ahead of second place. The top four of the event were all within .2 seconds of each other.
The men won their side of the meet 166-74 while the women handled their end 184-81.
