UT Permian Basin Women's Soccer wrapped-up their 2019 honoring their seniors before taking on West Texas A&M. The Falcons fell to the Lady Buffs by a score of 4-0.
The Lady Buffs (10-7) had a chance right off the bat but were stopped by
Marlise Bond 91 seconds into the contest. It looked like the Falcons (1-14-1) would score first but
Lauren Marenco was stopped on a charge to the net. The Lady Buffs broke through first scoring in the 29th minute before adding another goal in the 39th minute. The Falcons had a chance to get on the scoreboard in the second half on a penalty kick but
Ariel Roybal missed wide. The Lady Buffs added a goal and another on a penalty kick in the second half.
The Falcons finished the night with nine shots with two on goal. Bond finished with four saves, giving her 105 for the season and was second in the Lone Star Conferece.
