Senior guard Jordan Horn was named Lone Star Conference Offensive Player of the Week.  Horn earned the nod after leading the Falcons to their second straight upset of the No. 11 team in the nation with a 99-97 overtime victory over Dallas Baptist.
 
Horn caught fire to bring the Falcons back from as many as 10 down in the second half.  He scored 15 of the team's final 17 points in regulation then in overtime hit a corner three that ended up being the decisive score in the upset win.  He followed the win with a 17-point performance to lead the team in scoring.  Horn is currently averaging 20.2 points per game, fifth most in the Lone Star Conference.

"It was great to Jordan back," said Head Coach Josh Newman.  "He made several huge shots down the stretch Friday night.  I thought he did an excellent job hunting his shot within the offense and letting the game come to him."
